Information for participants

The international exhibition for the Neftegaz 2026 will be held from March 2 to 5, 2026 at the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Center, Pavilion 2, Halls 5,6,7,8,10

Address: Moscow Region, Krasnogorsk District, Krasnogorsk, Mezhdunarodnaya St., 18 (pavilion 2).

Please note the following information if you plan to order services: :
It is possible to place an order and make a payment without extra charge until February 02, 2026 (until 4PM MSK).
An order is considered to be placed ONLY AFTER THE FULL PAYMENT.

+ 50% for orders after February 02, 2026 after 4PM MSK.
+ 100% for orders after February 09, 2026 after 4PM MSK.
Service orders shall not be accepted less than 5 working days before the start of the exhibition set up period.

During the exhibition set-up and running periods, ordering services and payment are only available at the exhibition management office.
Orders placed after the start of the exhibition set up period shall be fulfilled only if technically feasible and with a surcharge of 100%.
The services shall be provided only after receipt of payment on the settlement account or in the cash office of EXPOCENTRE AO.
