Welcome address to organisers, participants and visitors to Neftegaz 2026

Dear colleagues,

On behalf of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and myself, I would like to welcome the organisers, participants and visitors to the 25th edition of the International Exhibition for Equipment and Technologies for the Oil and Gas Industry – Neftegaz 2026, and the National Oil and Gas Forum.

The most important tasks for the Russian industry are to ensure a high level of import substitution, gain technological sovereignty, and achieve a leading position in the world in key areas of research and technological progress. The fuel and energy sector is one of the drivers of these processes as it participates in the development and actively uses the latest achievements in the field of automation and digitalization.

Neftegaz 2026 is the industry’s regular, important platform that demonstrates advanced technological solutions, equipment and developments for the fuel and energy sector. It promotes the development of cooperation, generation of new partnerships, and introduction of advanced production solutions at all stages of the technological chain.

I am positive that the upcoming open dialogue between leaders and experts of the oil and gas business, representatives of government and the scientific community will help develop effective mechanisms to support Russian machine builders.
