The participants in Neftegaz’2014 welcomed by the Minister of Regional Development of the Russian Federation

The participants in the 15th edition of Neftegaz international exhibition have received a welcoming letter from the Minister of Regional Development of the Russian Federation Igor Slyunyaev.

In his address to the exhibitors, visitors and organizers of the forum, he writes that Neftegaz is a premier show for the oil and gas industry in the world, reflecting the present and future of this crucial sector.

The Minister also stresses that the development of oil and gas sector is crucial for the Russian economy and social welfare of its regions, given that oil reserves have already been found in nearly every second region of the Russian Federation.

The Minister believes that the Neftegaz International Exhibition is an excellent platform for sharing expertise in government-industry interaction for the benefit of the sector.

The 15th edition of the Neftegaz International Exhibition will take place from 26 to 29 May 2014 at Expocentre Fairgrounds. The show is held by Expocentre ZAO with support from the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Neftegaz is a sectoral leader, showcasing equipment for the oil and gas industry. The event has been awarded the Approved Event Logos by the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) and the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (RUEF).

As of today, over 600 companies, comprising Russian and global industry leaders, have already confirmed their participation in Neftegaz’2014.
