Neftegaz 2023, the 22nd International Exhibition for Equipment and Technologies for the Oil and Gas Industry, will be held on April 24-27, 2023 in Pavilions 1, 2 (Halls 1-3), 7 (Halls 3,4), 8 (Halls 1-4) and outdoors at Expocentre Fairgrounds. The exhibition is organised by EXPOCENTRE AO with the support of the Russian Ministry of Energy, the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, and under the auspices of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The Neftegaz International Exhibition is among the world's top ten largest oil and gas shows. Every year, the event confirms its status as an authoritative oil and gas exhibition and presents the latest technologies and equipment from leading Russian and foreign manufacturers.

This year more than 500 companies, including manufacturers and suppliers from Russia, Italy, Kazakhstan, China, Belarus, the Republic of Korea, Turkiye and France, will showcase their latest oil and gas and oil refining equipment and technologies, establish and expand business contacts, and discuss a wide range of issues facing the industry.

Albatros, Borovichi Refractories Plant, Velan, Gazprom, Kamkabel, NKMZ, OMK, Prosoft Systems, SIMAKO, Tagras Holding, Tobol, Transneft, TMK, TREM Engineering, Cable Alliance Holding, Fluid Line, EMA, Chint Electronic Co., Jereh Group and others will take part in the exhibition.

The exhibition’s own conference programme, Neftegaz.LIVE, will take place in Pavilion 2 (Hall 3) from 24-27 April. The Neftegaz.LIVE schedule of events includes: special sessions, conferences and corporate presentations on the topics:

  • Hilong corrosion protection for oil and gas facilities
  • Prospects for robotics in the oil, gas and power sector
  • Opportunities for SME in oil and gas company procurement
  • Modern technological solutions for the oil and gas industry and well exploration. Development of multidisciplinary teams
  • Development and implementation of innovations in production under sanctions pressure
  • Technological development in the context of sanctions restrictions
  • Prospects for young professionals in the oil and gas industry: a dialogue between generations

From 25-27 April 2023, in conjunction with the Neftegaz 2023 exhibition, the National Oil and Gas Forum will take place - a key event for discussing a wide range of topical issues facing the industry.

The exhibition and the forum are a synergy of participants, partners and the entire industry. It is where all the latest developments are presented, manufacturers and consumers meet, trend reports are heard, and the most significant business events are held.

The Forum’s programme is divided into 3 thematic sections:

  • 25 April (Tuesday) - Development Strategy, Economic Policy and International Cooperation
  • 26 April (Wednesday) – Industry Technology Day (concurrent conferences): ‘Exploration and Production of Oil and Gas’ and ‘Oil and Gas Refining, Petrochemicals’
  • 27 April (Thursday) - The Climate Agenda, the Environment, and Resource Saving

The official media partner of the exhibition is the Drilling and Oil magazine.

The General Industry Partner of the Neftegaz 2023 exhibition is the Gas Industry magazine and the NEFTEGAZ Territory magazine.

The exhibition runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on April 27. The official opening will take place in Pavilion 1.
